Delivery

All orders are subject to availability of merchandise. Due to constant change of inventory, the website unfortunately does not always reflect availability. If an item is backordered, we will contact you regarding the expected delivery. Depending on manufacturer’s availability, backorder delivery time can range from 1 to 8 weeks.

  • CALL 515.232.5444 for team/group orders. We can better serve you by speaking in person. Our bulk sales representatives are available Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST).

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS rates and are subject to change.

Sales Tax

If your order is shipped within Iowa, law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total, including the amount of the shipping charge. If you have tax exempt status, please make your order by phone (515.232.5444) and be sure to note your tax status, as we don’t have a tax-exempt option available online at this time.
