How do I place an order?
You can always place an order by contacting our customer representatives toll-free at 866-376-0729. Please have shirt sizes, billing and shipping information, and a credit card number ready to proceed with your order. You can also discuss your artwork needs at this time. (When you receive your quote, you'll also receive instructions and contact information on how to place an order.)
How long will it take to receive my merchandise?
Orders vary, but usually you can expect to receive your items within six business days of final artwork approval.
Do you have a minimum order?
To receive an online quote, you must request an estimate for a minimum order of six items, these can be six of the same item or six unique items.
Why can't I just place an order online?
We believe in personal service and take great care to listen to your requests, ensuring every order is prompt and accurate. That's why we don't currently offer online ordering. Every communication you have is with a real person, committed to helping you get high-quality, highly-customized products at competitive prices. We're dedicated to always finding new ways to provide exceptional service, and in the future that may include online orders.
Do you consider sponsorships or in-kind advertising?
While it is not our usual practice, we do on occasion consider sponsorships that may be for good causes or that offer shared benefits (i.e., co-op advertising). Once again, while rare, these sponsorship considerations are handled on a case-by-case basis and are solely at our discretion.
What if I have an idea for a design? Can you create it for me?
Absolutely. We have a team of talented, in-house designers that have a great deal of experience in original illustration, screen printing, and logo development. We can help you bring your ideas to life!
I have an idea for a shirt, but it may be a little controversial. What is your policy on such apparel?
We take pride in the quality of our products. As such, it is our policy to avoid creating offensive apparel. Any orders with words or imagery that may be deemed derogatory, lewd, crude or slanderous are likely to be rejected at our sole discretion.

Yes, we ship to military boxes via United States Postal Service.
Can you print on various shirt sizes and colors?
T-shirts youth sized medium through adult sizes can be printed together. Youth small, toddler and infant sizes need to be printed with a smaller sized print. For small orders, it is most economical to size the artwork to fit on the smallest sized shirt and print both adult and youth sizes together.
As long as the same ink colors can be printed on all shirt colors, there will not be a problem printing different shirt colors within an order.
